Oak is currently experimental software provided by Oakspace Inc. The service, including the CLI tool, server, and all related components, is under active development and may contain bugs, undergo breaking changes, or experience downtime without notice.
By using Oak, you acknowledge that:
By accessing or using Oak (including installing the CLI, pushing code to an Oak server, or using the hosted service at oak.space), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You retain all ownership rights to the code and content you store using Oak. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.
By using the service, you grant Oakspace Inc. a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the service (e.g., storing blobs, syncing commits between clients).

Oakspace Inc. does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected. You use the service at your own risk.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OAKSPACE INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OAKSPACE INC.'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We may also modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
You may stop using the service at any time. We recommend exporting or backing up your data before discontinuing use, as we may delete inactive data after a reasonable period.
The Oak CLI is distributed as a compiled binary. By installing and running it, you acknowledge that:
