Initial dotter: JavaScript/WebSerial port of the Bantam Tools NextDraw Python API (EBB v3 protocol, S-curve motion planner, pen servo, automatic homing), a static page for plotting SVGs and jogging, and a test harness built on a simulated NextDraw (EBB firmware emulator + carriage physics) that flags unsafe motion. Includes an optional script to record golden command streams from the official Python API.
